Why we started
Ainthiram.
We grew up in Chennai. We trained in architecture and interior design here. We watched the city build, demolish, and rebuild itself — and we noticed that beautiful drawings often arrive on site as something quite different. Ainthiram is our attempt at closing that gap.
We do our own drafting. We run our own site team. We publish the brand list of every material we’ll use before quoting. And we hand over a written 12-month workmanship warranty on every project — because the quality of a finished home shouldn’t depend on whether you remember to chase the contractor in month four.
Beautiful drawings often arrive on site as something quite different. We exist to close that gap.
