    Vastu-compliant planning is a skill, not a religion to us. We can do full, partial, or zero — your call. We'll never bend function for ritual.

    Approvals, handled

    CMDA, DTCP, building permits, completion certificates — all filed by us, all followed up by us. You don't queue at the corporation.
