We do all of it. One contract, one crew that overlaps trades intelligently. Civil happens first, then plumbing and electrical (concealed), then flooring and tiling, then ceiling, then painting, then fixtures.
Typically around 30 days for a small 1BHK refresh, 60 days for a 2BHK, and 75–90 days for a 3BHK or whole-house overhaul, depending on scope. We share a schedule with milestone dates.

Wall changes, opening up or closing rooms, beam work, plastering. Done with proper structural review where needed.

Concealed plumbing
CPVC supply lines, PVC drain lines, new shut-offs, kitchen and bathroom rough-in done before tiles.

Electrical rewiring
Standards-compliant concealed wiring, new switchboards where you actually need them, modular switches, dedicated AC and geyser circuits.

Flooring + tiling
Vitrified or as specified, bathroom waterproofing, kitchen tiling, skirting, all detail.

False ceiling + lighting
Gypsum/POP ceilings with cove and downlights, drop boxes for fans, layered lighting plan.

Painting + finishes
Premium emulsion (brands such as Asian Paints or Berger), accent walls, exterior touch-ups if applicable.

Fixtures + fittings
Branded sanitaryware (brands such as Jaquar or Kohler), kitchen sink, faucets, switches, light fixtures, fans — supplied or install-only.

Snag-free handover
A final walk-through, snag list, and deep clean at the end of the project.

Finishes + hand-over
