BIS-marked Polycab/Finolex cable, new switchboards where you actually need them, modular switches, dedicated AC and geyser circuits.

Vitrified or as specified, bathroom waterproofing, kitchen tiling, skirting, all detail.

False ceiling + lighting
Gypsum/POP ceilings with cove and downlights, drop boxes for fans, layered lighting plan.

Premium emulsion (Asian Paints/Berger), accent walls, exterior touch-ups if applicable.
