Most flooring complaints we hear about previous contractors come down to skipped basics — wrong adhesive, no levelling, dry mix in the bedding, grout that wasn't sealed. We do all of those right.
Vitrified for most rooms (Kajaria/Somany/RAK), marble for living rooms with a budget, wooden (engineered or laminate) for bedrooms, vinyl for budget refreshes and rentals.

1:80 to 1:100 fall planned to the drain, waterproofing membrane below tiles, sealed grouting that doesn't blacken.
