Most flooring problems trace back to skipped basics — wrong adhesive, no levelling, dry mix in the bedding, grout that wasn't sealed. We get every one of those right.

Cement bedding for vitrified (no dry mix), tile adhesive for floors above ground floor, marble adhesive for marble. The right material for the job.

Self-levelling underlay where needed, tile-by-tile spirit-level checks, no hollow sounds at the end.

Bathroom slope handled
1:80 to 1:100 fall planned to the drain, waterproofing membrane below tiles, and grouting sealed after it cures.

Skirting + edge cuts
Matching skirting around walls, clean diagonal cuts at corners, finished edges on door thresholds.

Snag-free handover and clean-up
Final level and hollow-sound checks, grout lines cleaned up, debris removed, and the floor handed over deep-cleaned.
