When you enquire with us — through a form on this website, a phone call, or WhatsApp — we collect the details you share: your name, mobile number, email address (if given), your locality, and whatever you tell us about your project (service interest, budget range, messages).

Our website also records standard technical information when a form is submitted, such as your IP address and browser type, to protect the forms from abuse.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver our design services, and stay in touch about your project. We do not send unrelated marketing blasts, and we never sell your personal information to anyone.

This website uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and advertising tags such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to measure how visitors use the site and whether our advertising leads to enquiries.

This measurement is aggregated — it tells us that "an enquiry happened after an ad click", not private details about you. You can limit ad personalisation in your Google settings and Meta ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser.

Your details are seen by the Ainthiram team working on your enquiry, and by the service providers that run our infrastructure — website hosting, email delivery and our secure lead database. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Enquiry details are retained while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can serve you if you return. If you'd like your details removed sooner, ask us — see below.

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to enquires@ainthiram.in or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll act on it promptly. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
